WHY HONDA RECALLS MORE THAN 70,000 UNITS OF ITS CAR MODELS
Honda recalls cars India has announced an initiative of recalling more than 70,000 units of its select car models for faulty fuel pumps. The replacement of the faulty fuel pumps will be free of any cost. The replacement will start from 17th April 2021 in a phased manner at Honda dealership centers across India. The company is contacting the selected car owners individually.
The honda company is voluntarily replacing the faulty fuel pumps of its select model which were mostly produced between January 2019 and September 2020. Honda recalls models which are impacted by the include Amaze, City (4th generation), WR-V, Jazz, Civic, BR-V, and CRV. The company had previously also recalled its 65,651 units for faulty fuel pumps of its Amaze, City, and Jazz models which were manufactured in 2018.
